August & September 2026 Craven Arts Council & Gallery is proud to present their signature biennial exhibition, the 2026 Bank of the Arts National Juried Exhibition. This exhibition features over 100 artworks out of over 400 entries, carefully curated by this year’s juror, Ben Billingsley, from the Cameron Art Museum. John Moore Film Screening Local Racial Conciliation Coalition presents Film Screening on John Moore
The Forward Together Coalition is proud to present a film screening on the lynching of Dover native, John Moore, on Saturday, August 29th at 3:30 pm at the West New Bern Recreation Center located at 1225 Pinetree Dr, New Bern, NC. The coalition will present a 10-minute film created by local filmmaker Francine Robinson, following the NAACP Luncheon Fundraiser at the Elks Lodge providing an opportunity to showcase the film in a community setting.
