Relentless Resilience Workshop Series - Rebuild Strength from the Inside Out
Life can knock you down—but it doesn’t get the final word. Hesed Place invites the community to Relentless Resilience, a trauma-informed, six-part workshop series led by award-winning speaker Tah’Ron Cannon of Committed to Progressing Forward LLC.
This series helps participants build real-life resilience—learning how to adapt, recover, and move forward through adversity, trauma, and uncertainty.
A Flexible, Six-Part Resilience Journey starting April 24, and monthly on the 4th Friday thereafter.
Each workshop focuses on a key area of growth—and can stand on its own, making it easy to attend one or continue through the full series:
- Relentless Resilience – Understanding the core pillars of resilience
- Spiritual Resilience: Anchored in Purpose – Reconnecting with meaning and values
- Physical Resilience – Strengthening the body to support the mind
- Emotional Resilience – Learning to navigate emotions with awareness
- Social Resilience – Building healthy, supportive relationships
- Family Resilience – Strengthening communication and stability at home
