It's Holiday Hustle time and Craven Smart Start is excited to host the 12th Annual Holiday Hustle. The long-time charity race event will take place on December 14th at Union Point Park in New Bern. Moriah Davis, Morning Anchor with WCTI News 12 Now, will serve as the Emcee. The Holiday Hustle will feature the Tinsel 10K, sponsored by the Craven County Independent Insurance Agents Association, and the Jingle Bell Jog 5K, sponsored by the Navy Federal Credit Union. These races take runners on a course through Downtown New Bern. The event also includes a Santa Family Fun Run around Union Point Park. which is sponsored by Chevrolet of New Bern. Virtual race options are also available, and B/S/H/ serves as the Holiday Hustle Virtual Sponsor. Proceeds raised from the charity event will help expand early literacy and early childhood education services to help prepare Craven County children for kindergarten success and lifetime learning.
