The March calendar includes March 6 – Music with Becca at 6:00 pm; March 7 – Tai Chi with Tony at 2:00 pm; March 13 – Craft & Art with Debbie from 6:00 to 9:00 pm; March 14 – Movement & Breathwork with Karen from 9:45 to 11:00 am; March 20 – Spring Bingo Fundraiser; March 21 – Somatic Stress Release with Melanie – 1:30 to0 3:30 pm; March 28 – Horticulture with Elizabeth at 1:30 pm; and March 31 – Unbroken Potter with Marsha (offsite) from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.

Membership for the ENGAGE Program is just $15 per month and includes access to unlimited in-person workshops and 24/7 entry to a private online trauma-healing community. All workshops are held at the Hesed Place Journey Center, 2619 Trent Road in New Bern, unless otherwise noted. Partial funding for the ENGAGE Community Program has been provided by a grant from the Craven Community Foundation, an affiliate of the North Carolina Community Foundation. The ENGAGE Community program powerfully enhances and complements other trauma-recovery and therapy supports.

Workshop leaders allow healing to unfold naturally through connection, rhythm, and presence. ENGAGE is a community-based program that complements other recovery supports. Small in-person workshops nurture the whole person, in body, heart, mind, soul, and spirit. Participants often express feelings of increased calm, emotional stability, and a renewed sense of hope through shared and meaningful experiences. Learn more, or register, at www.hesedplace.com/engage-community-program.
