September 2025
This September Craven Arts Council & Gallery is proud to host a solo exhibition titled Paintings & Miniatures by mixed-media artist Elizabeth Conley. Conley’s display will feature her nature watercolor artworks, resin paintings, and miniature creations. Craven Arts will host an open reception for her exhibition at Bank of the Arts for Artwalk on September 12th, 2025 from 5 – 8 pm.
Elizabeth Conley is a retired teacher, art therapist, and licensed clinical counselor residing in New Bern, North Carolina. Originally from Maine, growing up near the ocean inspired her paintings of the sea and she incorporated earthly materials into her craft projects. She enjoys exploring a variety of mediums to express her appreciation of the natural world. Paintings & Miniatures will capture moments in time, memories, and experiences inspired by changing seasons, her readings, and fantasy. Conley’s work has received various awards from the Arts Council of Carteret County and Beaufort County Arts Council.
Admission to all galleries at Bank of Arts are free and open to public, Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm. For more information regarding current and upcoming exhibitions, please visit cravenarts.org or email info@cravenarts.org.
