Craven Community College (Craven CC) has officially joined North Carolina State University’s Wolfpack Connect partnership, establishing a guaranteed transfer admission program for Craven CC students. This new agreement provides a clear, direct pathway for students to earn their associate degree at Craven CC and then transfer to NC State to complete their bachelor’s degree.
Wolfpack Connect is designed to simplify the transfer process and reduce the uncertainty students often face when planning their transition to a four-year university. Under the program, Craven CC students who complete an associate in arts (AA) or associate in science (AS) degree that aligns with an eligible NC State major are guaranteed admission to the university.
College leaders say the agreement will open new doors for Craven students seeking four-year degrees in high-demand fields.
“This partnership with NC State is a significant step forward in fulfilling our mission to provide accessible, high-quality educational opportunities," said VP for Instruction Dr. Kathleen Gallman. "It ensures our students have a guaranteed, world-class pathway to a four-year degree right here in North Carolina.”
