American Pop and R&B singer Dionne Warwick is a five-time Grammy Award winner, achieving 56
Billboard Hot 100 hits in her career to date. Born December 12, 1940 in New Jersey, Warwick’s upbringing consisted of her singing in gospel choirs as she formed the group The Gospelaires with her sister, Dee Dee, and aunt, Cissy Houston. Her soulful sound earned her widespread appeal as she collaborated with Burt Bacharach and Hal David to produce a variety of tunes. Famous for her breaking hits such as “Walk on By”, “I Say a Little Prayer”, and “Do You Know the Way to San Jose”, Warwick was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2024, and has numerous performances lined up for 2026.
