We are Frogley Chiropractic Center and we would like to offer you a New Patient Certificate. This entitles you to an Exam,, Consultation, X-rays and the Report of Findings for $45. Our experienced staff will perform a complete Chiropractic exam as well as X-rays and a consultation with the Doctor.
