Housing Inspector
General Statement of the Position The Housing Inspector is a member of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program staff. This position is responsible for ensuring Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspection requirements are met in a timely manner pursuant to Housing & Urban Development HUD Housing Choice Voucher HCV Program requirements. The Inspector is responsible for maintaining an auditable record of all inspection actions.Duties and Responsibilities 1. Schedule and perform inspections in a timely manner
