46th Annual New Bern Area CROP Hunger Walk

Join Faith Connection and the New Bern community for the 46th Annual New Bern Area CROP Hunger Walk on Sunday, September 27, at Union Point Park. The event brings churches, businesses, community organizations, families, and individuals together to raise awareness and funds to address food insecurity locally and around the world.

Registration and check-in begin at 2:00 p.m., followed by a brief community program featuring remarks from New Bern Mayor Jeffrey Odham and recognition of this year’s honorees, Patti Pebble and Rev. John Robinson. The walk begins at 3:00 p.m., with one-mile and 3.1-mile route options.

Twenty-five percent of funds raised locally will benefit Religious Community Services (RCS) and its hunger-relief programs serving our community.
