NEW BERN CHRISTMAS IN JULY is a community effort to bring visibility to local small businesses/vendors while highlighting music and the arts. We recognize the importance of supporting local businesses and desire to bring light to the fact that music is business, too! The festival features vendors, festive food and drinks, children's educational activities, live entertainment and a joint effort between community partners, like Supporting Peace Counseling Center and Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina, to receive food, clothes and toy donations. The 'Summer Wonderland' Gala is aimed at raising money. There will be live entertainment, an art exhibit and a silent auction. The gala provides a fashionable celebratory conclusion to the day's events. A PORTION OF ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO ONE OF OUR NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY PARTNERS.
