We are dedicated to helping individuals thrive in their health journey! We have a dynamic team of Registered Dietitians that are able to take on new patients within 1-2 weeks of referral. Crystal Coast Wellness offers nutrition counseling both virtually and in-person. Nutrition counseling is beneficial for anyone looking to understand more on how nutrition can impact a variety of concerns such as: weight management, diabetes, gestational diabetes, pediatric nutrition, pre- and post- bariatric surgery, high cholesterol, hypertension, gastrointestinal disorders, kidney disease, and overall health and wellness.
Our providers are in network with most major insurance plans, including Tricare and Medicaid; therefore nutritional visits may be covered with little to no cost to your patients.
