About Us
We are New Bern's classic diner, starting as a sandwich shop in 1947 and growing menu varieties to today. Featuring full breakfast menu with made to order plates, biscuits, pancakes and more. Our lunch menu contains a variety of sandwiches to full daily lunch specials. In addition we offer catering for all special events plus we now have event spacing located directly next door to Ghent's. Check out Ghent's Event Center where we can accommodate up to 50 guests for your special event.

Ghent Sandwich Shop is hiring line cooks. Shifts may vary but business hours are Monday through Saturday from 6 am - 2 pm. Must present in clean and orderly manner, have reliable transportation, previous experience in food service desired, pay dependent on experience.
