New Bern, NC (August 2025) — Hesed Place proudly announces the return of its signature event, the “Wanna Heal?” Conference, taking place September 27–28, 2025 at the Harrison Center in downtown New Bern. This powerful conference offers a welcoming space for all to learn how to heal from trauma and about the different ways that Hesed Place supports survivors of trauma. 

Rooted in Hesed Place’s unique trauma-informed approach, the conference provides participants with tools and insights that honor the whole person—body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit. Through interactive workshops, reflection spaces, and community engagement, attendees learn how to apply healing principles in everyday life. Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or walking alongside someone who is, you’ll find compassion, community, and renewed hope.
