Sound Fitness is a locally owned health club that can help you to lose weight\, gain more energy\, lower your blood pressure and cholesterol\, and feel better than you ever have.  We offer personalized training that will help motivate you and achieve your fitness goals. Our training staff has the experience and education to assist you whether you are looking for a competitive edge\, recovering from a surgery or injury\, or need some fresh ideas about your fitness routine.\n\n\n\nOrientation sessions are available to all new members so you feel comfortable with our equipment. We offer a variety of group fitness classes\, such as Body Pump\, yoga\, cycling\, and much much more! Our gym is open 24/7 to members. Our 10\,000 sq foot facility offers a large variety of free weights\, cardio equipment\, and a variety of Free Motion machines to target specific muscle groups.\n\n\n\nSound Fitness is all about our members\, and we want to do everything we can to foster that relationship. We know your name and greet you with a smile when you come in. We are always striving to create ways to help you enjoy your workouts   whether it's a friendly competition of achieving a high-score on the rowing machine or participating in a fun run or high fiving everyone at the end of a good workout.
