Excel Learning Center has been providing excellence in children's early learning to the New Bern Community for over 13 years. We are excited to announce that our brand-new location at 2450 Neuse Boulevard is now ready to accept new enrollment. At Excel\, we strive to give children the background and formative experiences that enable them to become confident\, strong\, social\, and independent young adults. We've been known for this at our original location still in operation at 440 Pirates Road. Now we've given the staff\, children\, and families of our former centers on Neuse Boulevard and Colony Drive a new place to call home. \n\n\n\nYou will find our dedicated and professional staff now enjoying life at our shiny new state-of-the-art facility. This building is full of love and utilizes a modern kitchen\, open and inviting classrooms\, the most fantastic outdoor playgrounds we could envision\, and an indoor gross motor skill room (gymnasium) so the kids have a place to exercise and play even on rainy days. Our new center is open Monday through Friday until 6:00 pm and offers an early opening time (6:00 am) for those parents employed by CarolinaEast Medical Center\, Moen\, Bosch\, Hatteras Yachts\, and many other local businesses. We have full-day programs for infants all the way up to preschoolers. \n\n\n\nExcel partners with the Craven County School System\, North Carolina Pre-K Program\, Craven Smart Start\, and Craven County Department of Social Services to make sure our program is available to as many kids as possible. Our tuition includes Breakfast\, Lunch & Afternoon Snack (all in accordance with the Department of Health and Human Services' Child and Adult Care Food Program)\, and full day lesson plans tailored for each age group. Excel Learning Centers are all 5-Star facilities (the highest licensure rating that can be earned by the North Carolina Department of Child Development and Early Education). \n\n \n\nWe're proud to be part of the New Bern Community and can't wait to show you our new home.
