SUMMARY:Golf Tournament Fundraiser at Carolina Colours
DESCRIPTION:Task Force Neuro is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides programs and services for children and adults who have conditions that impair movement. We provide case management and referrals to resources for specialized care and assistive devices not covered by insurance. We maintain a Loan Closet with specialized wheelchairs\, walkers and devices to assist caregivers in safely positioning and transferring individuals who require maximal assistance for movement.\n\n\n\nWe provide equipment to the Occupational and Physical Therapy Departments in the Craven County Schools Exceptional Children's Program as well as several Outpatient and Home Health Therapists.\n\n\n\nWe also offer resources and a monthly MS Support Group meeting in New Bern.\n\n\n\nOur goal is to fill some of the gaps in care and resources that insurance does not fill.
